On the 2nd January 2007, Thunder will celebrate 18 years of rock and roll. Right now, the band are firing on all cylinders and sounding better than ever.

During their 2006 UK Tour, G-TV hooked up with Luke and Ben at the Wolverhampton Civic before their show.

In the featured interview with Guitarist TV founder, Mike de Jager, guitarist and musical director, Luke Morley explains his approach to song writing and how that intergrates with his remarkable talent as Thunder's guitarist/song writter.

Ben Matthews, the guitarist who also plays keyboards in the band, talks about his role in the band taking into account his years of experience as a sound/studio engineer and web designer.

They are one of the only rock bands in the UK to have fully embraced the 21st century global trend in the music industry.

Thunder encourage young talent, they talk to independant video broadband TV producers, they meet and talk to their fans on daily basis and they have fully integrated their music and videos on the internet.

This success has been achieved because each member of the band has accepted with open arms their roles in the band as one that is not only being the musician but includes a hands-on pro-active approach to the business of the day to day running of the band and it's affairs.

To celebrate Thunder's success the band are releasing a special cd single which will be available in various formats - the single track "The Devil Made Me Do It", taken off their new blinding cd "Robert Johnson's Tombstone" is due for release on the 4th December 2006.

Thunder - Go Mad in Japan

This double DVD pack is brilliant - the first DVD is a a full on documentary of the bands tour to Japan with loads of action (especially the intro.) and typical Thunder rock n roll humour. The video production is top draw.

The second DVD is the entire live show - the band play all their classic hits and more...rating A+++++

Note, the dvd comes without the autographs...that you'll have to get from the band at their next show :-))
